What Zynthar is
Zynthar is a solo post-hardcore project from Los Angeles. No lineup and no touring band: just records, written and produced alone, released through Xploit Music.
The sound sits between the weight of metalcore and something more cinematic — quiet passages held longer than they are comfortable, then everything at once.
The name
“Zynthar” came out of a science-fiction paperback: an invented world where noise and order share the same room. It stayed because it described the records better than anything literal would have.
I don’t write songs to please. I write them to get through. If you don’t feel like you belong anywhere, you belong here.
